The practice is on Shoreditch High Street, a few minutes' walk from Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street stations. It's well connected from across Hackney and East London — most people get here in under 20 minutes. Here's everything you need to know before your first visit.
Tube & rail
Liverpool Street (Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Elizabeth lines) is about a 10-minute walk. Exit towards Bishopsgate and head north on Shoreditch High Street.
Old Street (Northern line, mainline trains) is a 13-minute walk along Old Street and Great Eastern Street.
Overground
Shoreditch High Street station (East London line) is a 2-minute walk. Turn left out of the station and I'm just down the road.
Direct trains from Dalston Junction take about 5 minutes. From Hackney Central, change at Dalston Junction.
From Hackney Downs & London Fields
Trains from Hackney Downs and London Fields stop at Liverpool Street, which is a 10-minute walk from the practice. The journey is around 10 minutes from either station.
Bus
Stop F is right outside — routes 26, 78, and 149. Stop E is nearby with routes 35, 47, 135, and 205.
The 149 runs between Dalston Kingsland and Shoreditch High Street and stops right outside. Routes 55 and 48 connect Hackney and Mare Street to the area too.

The entrance is a teal-coloured grille. Please buzz E1 Therapy and I'll let you in. Walk straight through the main door and go upstairs — my room is on the second floor.
A calm, relaxing space. There are two doorways to ensure audio privacy, and an air-con unit for the summer.
There is a gender-neutral toilet on the third floor and gendered toilets in the basement.
