Many people start therapy with a particular behaviour or thought pattern they would like to change or understand. With that in mind, I' ve listed a few of the areas I've worked with in my practice and training. This is not an exhaustive list, and of course, human beings a complex. We are all a collection of our past experiences and our future expectations. We are all shaped by our social locations, our histories and our reactions to the world around us. So what you are struggling with, will invariably shaped by everything else that shows up in your life. In therapy, we can explore it all together.
