Stress, burnout and activism

We live in a world that is deeply affected by social injustices, which many people work tirelessly to redress. The fight for a fairer, climate-safe world is difficult and exhausting work, and those fighting it need to resource themselves accordingly. I've worked with activists on how to manage their burnout, stress and feelings of guilt and not doing enough. I offer low-cost therapy sessions for those in this position.

But of course those feelings are not unique to activism. Many people are affected by them. In my practice, we can explore your experience of burnout, guilt and stress and work towards building a more rewarding life.
